Kurt has been involved in real estate development in the Valley for over 25 years and has been a part of a lot of the growth and development here. As he has watched firsthand how our city has grown, he has also seen the growing need for a focus on our senior members of our community. He made it his mission to answer this need by providing the perfect place for them to call home and enjoy their golden years to the very fullest.
Kurt founded Vitality Assisted Living, alongside his wife Kim, because of this deep desire he has to provide an answer for helping the growing aging population. He wanted to create an environment where seniors are able to thrive and live with a PURPOSE and VITALITY instead of just going somewhere to exist.
His goal is always to create the most loving home-like environment in the most intimate setting and provide residents with the exact surroundings and attention that they would want their own family members to receive in their final years. Every decision is made based on the premise that if it is not good enough for their own family members it is not good enough for their residents.
Kurt also understands that not all seniors want, need, or can afford to move into assisted living. He recognized the growing trend towards seniors wanting to age-in-place and knows if they want to age at home, then necessary safety measures are important to set them up for success to thrive in their golden years. He and his wife, Kim, created Safer Senior Solutions to become advocates for the aging and for their families. Their goal is to take the overwhelming stress away from the families by guiding them through the process of helping set up their loved ones to age in place safely for as long as it is possible. And if that time comes when it is no longer safe, then they are the objective voice to help guide them on what the next steps are.
